I did this project for my job on Liberty University's Campus Recreation marketing team. The pool at David's Place, one of our recreational facilities, was being reopened, so we needed to announce the grand opening and the hours. I had been learning more about illustration and was trying to get better at realistic vector illustration. So, I came up with the idea to put the text in the photorealistic water, and I illustrated the pool by referencing an aerial photo of the actual pool at David's place.
